We will be missing the Cebu Inmates dance to popular music as Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia has received reports questioning the donations to the CPDRC dancing inmates.
Recently, the Cebu Dancing Inmates have been brought to global attention as they were visited by Michael Jackson's choreographer who danced with them to MJ's They Don't Really Care About Us.
