breaktudo 2024 sb19 bgyo bini g22

This year has been massive for our Filipino artists, with SB19, BINI, G22, and BGYO racking up impressive wins and global recognition. From topping charts to bagging international awards, they’ve put P-pop on the global map like never before.

But hey, they’re not done yet! The BreakTudo Awards 2024 could add even more hardware to their shelves if we all rally behind them.

Why BreakTudo Awards Matter

This isn’t just another award show, my friend—it’s Brazil’s most global, fan-powered celebration of music. Winning a BreakTudo Award means having your name etched alongside the likes of Taylor Swift, BTS, and Billie Eilish. It’s like getting a golden stamp that says, “Yep, you’ve made it, and the world knows it.”

With Filipino acts competing against international juggernauts, securing a BreakTudo win would be a huge statement. Imagine SB19 or BINI winning International Music Video of the Year—that’s next-level bragging rights!

How You Can Help Secure Their Victory

We’ve already seen what fan power can do. Voting is open until October 10, and it’s all about getting those repeat clicks in:

  • Head over to the official BreakTudo Awards site (vote.breaktudoawards.com).
  • Vote for our Filipino acts in the following categories (vote like your Wi-Fi depends on it!):
    • International Male Group (Grupo Masculino Internacional) – SB19
    • International Music Video (Videoclipe Internacional) – SB19 ("Moonlight"), BINI ("Cherry On Top")
    • International Breakthrough Artist (Artista Revelación Internacional) – BINI
    • Music by New International Artist (Música de Nuevo Artista Internacional) – G22 ("I Hate Boys"), BGYO ("Patintero")

Each vote brings our Filipino artists one step closer to conquering the international stage again. Plus, let’s face it, there’s nothing cooler than watching homegrown talent rise and take their rightful place among the global elite.

The Current Battle

It’s intense! As of the latest update, SB19’s “Moonlight” is leading in the International Music Video category, but BINI isn’t far behind with “Cherry On Top.” In the New International Artist category, both G22 and BGYO are holding their own, but the competition is heating up. We need a final push!

Now’s the time to go full throttle. Share those voting links on social media, organize voting parties, and hashtag your way to victory with #VoteSB19, #VoteBINI, #VoteG22, and #VoteBGYO. Remember, every vote counts, and who doesn’t love a good fan-led underdog victory story?

Let’s make sure these artists go from P-pop sensations to BreakTudo legends. So hit that vote button, and let’s bring those trophies home!

Lyrics and Video of the Dyosa Theme Song: Himig ng Pag-ibig by Yeng Constantino

THE PRODUCTION design of ABS-CBN's newest fantaserye , DYOSA starring Anne Curtis is enticing. The musical score, theme song, and post-production are great. Kids at home really watch out for every episode of it. But what got my attention is the theme song, Himig ng Pag-ibig. originally sung by ASIN , and given a different interpretation by Yeng Constantino for the primetime series. So here is the video and lyrics of DYOSA's theme song: Himig ng Pag-ibig by Yeng Constantino Hoo hoo-hoo hoo-hoo Hoh hoh-hoo hoo-hoo Sa pagsapit ng dilim ako'y naghihintay pa rin Sa iyong maagang pagdating Pagkat ako'y nababalisa kung 'di ka kapiling Bawat sandali mahalaga sa atin.

Bea Alonzo is Betty La Fea

THE GORGEOUS Bea Alonzo transforms into an ugly but intelligent woman working in a fashion design comapany, Eco Moda, for yet another Pinoy remake of an international drama series, i ♥ Betty la fea (pronounced I Love Betty La Fea) on ABS-CBN. The new drama series is based on the Colombian drama series, Yo Soy Betty La Fea (I am Betty the Ugly), which was also franchised in the US with the TV drama Ugly Betty . What's good about this Pinoy version is that Bea really looks like Betty of the original drama series, which was shown here few years ago. I'm really wathcing out for this show. i ♥ Betty la fea is top-billed by big names in the Philippine showbiz industry. Here's the list of the show's cast from wikipedia: Bea Alonzo as Beatriz Pengson / Betty Piolo Pascual John Lloyd Cruz as Armando Solis Ruffa Gutierrez as Daniela Valencia [1] Vhong Navarro as Nicolas Mora [2] Ai Ai delas Alas as Julia Pengson Sam Concepcion as Andrew Pengson Ronaldo Valdez as Hermes

Hana Kimi to be shown on ABS-CBN and GMA-7

THE NETWORK war is on getting fiercer again. Proof? They are showing the same (same title, at least) TV series on March 24--the Taiwanese adaptation on ABS-CBN and the Japanese on GMA-7. I did a little research and found out that the story of these TV dramas are based on the manga series, Hanazakari no Kimitachi e or For You in Full Blossom. The plot is about a girl who enrolls in a school for boys just to get near her idol. A twist of events eventually revealed her identity to the school doctor. Many could associate this to the Koreanovela Coffee Prince on GMA-7. In fact, some ABS-CBN fanatics think that it is the network's answer to Coffee Prince , which had just ended. The million-dollar question is, which version is better, the Taiwanese of the Japanese version? A scene from the Taiwanese version (Wikipedia.com) Mukamo.com says that the Japanese version could be better because it's funny, but it also says that the Taiwanese version could also be attractive to fans beca
