Dust off your board shorts and find where you hid your flip-flops, because this year's Mahin Beachfest is about to get loud.
Mahin Beachfest 2026 is officially taking over Reyes Beach in Gumasa, Glan, from April 24 to 26. If you’ve ever wanted to pair the smell of salt air with the sound of electric guitars and heavy bass, this is your sign. We’re looking at three days of sun, sand, and a lineup that’s honestly hotter than the Sarangani noon-day sun.
Here’s the lowdown on who’s taking the stage and why you need to be there:
Day 1: The Friday Warm-Up (April 24)
Kick-starting the weekend with local legends.
We’re easing into the festival vibes with a heavy dose of talent. Leading the charge is the Elias J. TV Band, bringing that big-ensemble energy to the shore. They’ll be joined by Kamoteng Bakal (who are much tougher than their name suggests) and the melodic vibes of Remody Notes.
The Vibe: High energy, cold drinks, and that "I just clocked out of work and I'm never going back" feeling.
Day 2: Hip-Hop Saturday (April 25)
Flows, beats, and beach heat.
Saturday is for the rhythm and rhyme. We’ve got a powerhouse collaboration hitting the stage that’s basically a Pinoy Hip-Hop fever dream. We’re talking Bendeatha of Salbakuta bringing those legendary vibes, alongside Pzycho Sid, Cursebox, and Axcel Ragsta. If that wasn't enough, Hail's Tone will be there to make sure the energy doesn't dip for a second.
The Vibe: Head-nodding, bass-thumping, and potentially losing your voice from rapping along.
Day 3: The Grand Sunday Finale (April 26)
Rocking until the tide comes in.
We hope you saved some adrenaline, because Sunday is the main event. Kamikazee is headlining. Yes, that Kamikazee. Expect chaos, expect comedy, and expect to jump high enough to actually see the horizon. They’ll be supported by the crew from Wangzu Lubaba and the soulful sounds of Sonata De Amor to round out the festival.
The Vibe: Pure, unadulterated OPM rock madness. Wear shoes you don't mind getting sandy—or losing entirely in the mosh pit.
Survival Tips for the Mahin Weekend:
Hydrate or Diedrate: The Sarangani sun doesn't play. Drink water between... whatever else you're drinking.
Sunscreen is your BFF: Nobody wants to go back to work on Monday looking like a cooked lobster.
Book Now: Gumasa is beautiful, but it’s not infinite. If you haven't secured your spot at Reyes Beach yet, you might end up sleeping on a literal sandcastle.
See you at the shoreline! Whether you’re there for the mosh pit or the moonlit waves, Mahin Beachfest 2026 is shaping up to be the legendary start to summer we all deserve.
