IT HAPPENS very seldom down here in GenSan that big stars like Pops Fernandez hold a concert. During the Kalilangan Festival here in General Santos City, Pops proved that she deserves to be called the Concert Queen. Joined by Jay-R, Danilo Barrios, Jimmy Marquez, and Geneva Cruz, she unleashed her Divalicious performance to the gaping SoCSKSarGen fans.
