DAVID ARCHULETA is now joining the Philippine showbiz industry with his upcoming TV series on TV5 , Nandito Ako , with Jasmine Curtis . David Archuleta is well loved by Filipinos ever since he appeared on TV as a contestant on American Idol. David also sings the theme song, Nandito Ako , for the mini-series on TV5 . Hearing the song, you would think it was sung by a Filipino. There isn't any twang when he sings it. Commenters on YouTube say that it is because of David's Hispanic blood that allows his to sing the OPM song like a Filipino. Nandito Ako is one of my favorite OPM songs .
